The 2000 kW FOCUS automated pellet boiler features a single-unit architecture designed for stand-alone operation. The primary focus during the boiler's development and production was on heat removal efficiency, specifically when operating with a flare stack. pellet burner on high-ash (agro) pellets - as the basis for the economic feasibility of purchasing and paying off the equipment. The engineering solution involves reducing manual labor for cleaning the boiler, increasing the periods between cleanings, convenient removal of ash into roll-off containers.

The 2000 kW pellet boiler is optionally equipped with a ready-made piping system with a three-way or four-way valve and IMP Pumps pumps. This, combined with the control automation, ensures protection against overcooling of the coolant in the return circuit leaving the heating system and prevents condensation in the boiler.
This in turn increases the efficiency of 30% in comparison with a similar installation, but without regulation of the coolant temperature, operating on a cold system (when the "return" is below 40*C). There is no need to select mixing equipment and coordinate with the boiler automation.
Quick assembly units
For ease and speed of installation, the 2000 kW pellet boiler is equipped with the Victaulic quick-connect system (also known as Groovlock). This system ensures quick operation and a guaranteed high-quality connection (it doesn't require symmetrical tightening like a flange connection, and no welding is required on-site). It also allows for minor misalignments during installation (up to 2-3 degrees).
This gives the fitter freedom of action in case of deviations of the room from the design dimensions. The boiler comes complete with couplings and bends for welding or threaded connection (specified when ordering).
Features of boiler installation
The 2000 kW pellet boiler and connection system are designed for assembling a boiler house using a cascade system, when the full capacity is not initially required (for example, during the construction of a large facility), and when the need arises to increase the design capacity, several additional boilers with a total capacity of up to 2.2-2.5 MW are installed.
The presence of three-way valves in the boiler circuit of each boiler and a hydraulic arrow in the heating system disconnects the non-working boiler from the flow, without restricting the flow of the system and without cooling the coolant through the heat exchanger of the non-working boiler.
Design features

- Boiler casing – stainless polished steel AISI201
- Adjustable hinges and locks for fine-tuning the tight fit of the ash pit door and heat exchanger to the opening.
- Possibility of changing the side of the door opening.
- Removable, sliding containers for ash removal from the boiler.
- A hybrid heat exchanger consisting of a plate and a fire-tube. Where the plate stroke relieves the torch stress and deposits the bulk of heavy particles. This is especially relevant when working with high-ash or agricultural ash pellets.
- The most developed convective fire-tube part of the heat exchanger actually corresponds to heat transfer.
- Large door for easy access and complete cleaning of the heat exchanger surfaces.
Pellet burner TM "FOCUS" , which is included in this equipment set, will work both on clean wood pellets and on agropellets with an ash content of up to 10% (pellets from seeds, corn, buckwheat, rice, furniture, straw).
2000 kW Pellet Boiler: Useful Automation Options
- Automatic ignition (2 ceramic FKK candles are installed for contactless air ignition of pellets).
- Auger for feeding fuel into the burner combustion chamber.
- Built-in burner auger temperature sensor (safety, automatic shut-off of fuel supply with an emergency signal).
- Built-in infrared flame sensor for recording and monitoring flame radiation levels (safety, automation records the presence and absence of flame using appropriate behavior algorithms).
- Selected proportions of primary and secondary air for proper organization of fuel combustion.
- A highly reliable crank drive moves the grate, making the 2000 kW pellet boiler a more advanced model compared to models from other manufacturers.
- A prefabricated grate for automatic cleaning of the burner. Prefabricated elements made of heat-resistant chromium cast iron ЧХ32.
- The combustion chamber of the burner is lined with firebrick, acts as a catalyst for burning ballast gases, and increases the efficiency of heat production by the burner (increasing the flame temperature).
- All models of flare burners have a “break” in the fuel supply line, ensuring the safety of equipment operation.
- Controller, allowing you to easily configure the equipment.
- The Internet access module provides the 1000 kW pellet boiler with remote control and is available as an additional option: convenient for setting up and controlling the burner, creating a database of fuel consumption statistics, errors, power graphs, temperatures, etc.
