• Auger ash removal system: Built-in auger for automatic ash transport to the roll-away container extends the periods between cleanings, reducing the need for manual maintenance.
• Pneumatic cleaning of heat exchanger: ensures cleaning of heat exchange surfaces using a pneumatic device equipped with a receiver and is controlled by the boiler automation.
• Roll-off container: high capacity ash pan with a system for transferring ash into a container for easy disposal.

Efficiency and heat removal

• Hybrid heat exchanger: consists of a plate and a fire-tube part. The plate part removes the primary thermal stress and precipitates heavy particles from the fuel, and the developed convective fire-tube part ensures high efficiency.
• Optimized for agropellets: the design was developed taking into account operation on high-ash fuel (ash content up to 10%), which increases the efficiency and profitability of the boiler when using available raw materials.

Easy to install and operate

• Victaulic Quick Couplings: a convenient connection system that does not require welding allows for quick installation of the boiler and allows for minor distortions during installation.
• Additional harness (optional): to protect against cold return, the boiler can be equipped with a three-way or four-way valve with IMP Pumps, which extends the service life and improves heat removal.

The burner TM "FOCUS" is adapted for both wood and agro pellets. Its main elements include:

• Automatic ignition: Japanese ceramic candles for contactless air ignition.
• Stainless steel movable grates, ensuring uniform combustion and ash removal.
• Temperature and infrared sensors: control radiation levels and temperature, increasing the safety and stability of the burner.
• Air Proportions: adjustable ratio of primary and secondary air improves the combustion process.

Materials and Durability

• Housing and heat exchanger: made of 09G2S structural steel, and 50 mm thick basalt wool is used for thermal insulation, which helps reduce heat loss.
• Ease of maintenance: large door opening for easy access to heat exchanger and ash pan, adjustable hinges and locks ensure tight door fit.
