Pellet boiler TM “FOCUS” specially designed for the household segment and small business premises, small industries and workshops up to 300 m2 (due to maximum power and in insulated objects, the maximum effective heated area can be increased to 320 m2), observing the principle of operation in automatic mode. During the development and production of the boiler, emphasis is placed on the efficiency of heat removal specifically on the operation of the flare pellet burnerand working in addition to pure wood pellets and on ash (agro) pellets, having the function of self-cleaning of the grate and automatic ignition with flame control by its glow, the automation literally sees the flame and supports it independently. This combination is the basis for the economic feasibility of purchasing and simply operating the equipment when using commercially available fuel pellets.

The main advantages of pellet boilers FOCUS:

• touch, intuitive control panel, friendly settings interface.
• convenient cleaning of the pellet burner, a movable grate discharges ash on its own, an optical sensor controls the actual presence of a flame, automatic pellet supply, smooth adjustment of the desired temperature and, accordingly, power, controls fuel consumption.
• well-developed convective part of the heat exchanger in combination with a highly efficient horizontal heat exchanger;
• hybrid heat exchanger (originally plate heat exchanger, working for heat extraction and in as an ash filter, and tubular), which allows you to effectively remove the infrared radiation of the burner torch;
• large ash pan size (maximum possible) especially for high ash fuel operation;
• the presence of a section of the structure (plate heat exchanger) to relieve the primary thermal stress of the flame. At the same time, the point effect of the torch on the structure of the heat exchanger is excluded. It is used to sediment heavy particles of the volatile component of the torch;
• convenient maintenance of the heat exchanger with thoughtful access through a wide hatch, horizontal cleaning, ash chamber in front of the chimney;
• the high-capacity ash pan is designed to work with boilers of the industrial series. When purchasing a complete set of equipment, FOCUS freely operates on high-ash pellets without typical operating problems for foreign boilers designed for certified pellets.
• DHW threaded connections (requires optional DHW temperature sensor) where a heat exchanger or indirect boiler can be connected.

Boiler design features:

• Boiler material - structural steel 09G2S:
  • wall thickness of the heat exchange part (firebox and primary heat exchanger, wells) - 6mm;
  • thickness of the outer shell of the boiler water jacket - 4mm.
  • surface area of the heat exchange part (surfaces + fire tube heat exchanger) - 2.2 m2
• Thermal insulation - 50mm thick basalt mineral wool.
• Boiler casing - brushed stainless steel AISI201.
• The only sectional door on which the pellet burner is located provides access not only for servicing the burner itself, but also for servicing the heat exchanger and general inspection.
• Adjustable hinges and locks to fine-tune the tight fit of the door to the opening.
• Possibility of changing the side of the door opening.
• Hybrid plate and fire tube heat exchanger.
• Large ash pan designed for several days of continuous operation at medium and above average power.

 Features of the operation of the complex based on pellet burner FOCUS

The built-in pellet burner TM "FOCUS", included in this set of equipment, will work both on clean wood pellets and on agricultural pellets with an ash content of up to 10%. In this case, fuel pellets from sunflower waste, corn, buckwheat, rice, furniture waste and straw can be used without restrictions.

The Mono-pellet pellet boiler is the optimal solution for households and small shops, as well as remote sites.

Advantages of the built-in burner:

• automatic ignition (installed Japanese ceramic candles for contactless air ignition of pellets);
• movable mono-grate. It is used for tedding burning fuel, followed by pushing the high-ash residue into the boiler ash pan;
• auger for supplying fuel to the combustion chamber of the burner;
• built-in temperature sensor of the burner auger (safety, automation will turn off the fuel supply with the transmission of an alarm signal);
• built-in infrared flame sensor for fixing and monitoring the level of flame radiation (safety, automation records the presence and absence of a flame, using appropriate behavioral scenarios);
• selected proportions of primary and secondary air for the correct organization of fuel combustion;
• highly reliable drive of the Swiss company "Belimo" with anti-jamming protection - moves the grate;
• The combustion chamber nozzle with air purge (for models 100-150kW) performs the functions of cooling the nozzle and simultaneous heating of the secondary air. Increases the efficiency of heat generation by the burner, due to the afterburning of gases at the exit from the nozzle;
• nozzle and grate are made of stainless steel.

All models of flare burners have a "break" in the fuel supply line, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment. Using the controller, you can easily customize the operation of the equipment.
