We implement heating of a private house using an automatic pellet boiler

Modern heating of a private house also requires new approaches to its organization. First of all, all Ukrainians are aware of the problem with the cost of energy resources. What is pellet boiler?

The pellet boiler is designed for heating with pellets. It can be compressed waste pellets agriculture, wood chips, peat, lignin or even animal excrement. Firstly, from the heat capacity (in some cases it is comparable to coal, for example, in the case of peat, lignin and sunflower seed husks), and secondly, the ash content.

That is, more "ash" pellets are cheaper, require attention to the boiler cleaning system and cannot be exported to the EU. But these requirements do not apply to Ukraine yet.

A pellet boiler is a combustion chamber into which a pellet conveyor is fed, which is burned with a pellet burner. This module can be either external or embedded.

But an automatic pellet boiler has such an option, which is implemented in conjunction with a pellet conveyor to the combustion zone. The cubic capacity of the bunker often determines the dimensions of the pellet boiler. Automatic equipment is offered in a closed case and assumes the presence of a cleaning and cooling system for industrial models, a microcontroller for program control, including with built-in Wi-Fi.

With large dimensions and automatic operation of the equipment, it is customary to talk about mini-boiler rooms on pellet fuel. The cost of such boilers exceeds 5 thousand dollars. But, using heating equipment of the FOCUS brand, which is not inferior in function and quality, the boiler room can be assembled cheaper from separate modules.
