Air heating of workshops using the FOCUS monoblock boiler

Air Heating of Workshops

How to organize inexpensive air heating of workshops using a FOCUS monoblock boiler?

Production workshops are, by definition, large premises with high ceilings. It is quite difficult to heat such a volume, so air heating is more often used in production, as it is more economical in such conditions. At the same time, high heat losses make us think about how to organize inexpensive air heating of workshops. This can be done using the new model of FOCUS monoblock pellet boilers.

Use inexpensive air heating of workshops based on the FOCUS monoblock boiler

The peculiarity of this solution is to heat each specific room, reducing the cost of transporting heat from the boiler room. FOCUS monoblock is just suitable for such purposes. This, like our other equipment, is a solid fuel boiler with a torch pellet burner. A distinctive feature is the pellet hopper integrated into the housing, as well as internal heating wiring for three operating modes: hot water, underfloor heating and heating.

To operate the boiler, simple installation is required - connecting the heating system with a circulation pump to the boiler, as well as timely loading of pellets. We are talking about digital control of the operation of a boiler or pellet mini-boiler house in a monoblock housing, which is controlled by a weather controller based on a microcontroller and a group of sensors.

The FOCUS monoblock boiler with adjustable power up to 25 kW is installed directly in the production room that needs to be heated and is connected to an air heating system or heated floors if minor heating of an unheated workshop is required.

How to organize inexpensive air heating of a workshop based on a FOCUS monoblock pellet boiler?

The proposed boiler is focused on heating water coolant. Accordingly, you will need an air heating system for the workshop, heated by hot water. You just need to connect it to the pellet boiler and set the appropriate operating mode.

After loading the pellets, the micro-boiler room will be ready for operation and function automatically - turn the boiler on and off, regulate the temperature of the heating circuit depending on the sensor readings.
