Automatic solid fuel boiler 600 kW FOCUS with pellet burner (optional)

The new Ukrainian solid fuel boiler FOCUS 600 kW has all the necessary functions to provide the consumer with the opportunity to receive heat without gas in automatic mode. This model is intended for semi-industrial use in boiler houses of residential buildings, greenhouses and officesproviding heating of buildings and structures at a low cost.

Pellet heating in a solid fuel boiler is economically advantageous

Today, even when using more expensive wood pellets with an ash content of 1%, the savings on heating with pellets reach 50% from the price of gas. This is a significant savings to consider pellets as an alternative type of fuel and not to save on heat, while heating all the necessary rooms and open areas. A 600 kW solid fuel boiler can solve the problem of heating an apartment building, building or production workshop.

Considering that granulated fuel from sunflower husk with ash content of 5-7% is sold in large volumes in Ukraine, the proposed 600 kW solid fuel boiler with the possibility of integration with the FOCUS pellet burner, which is designed to work with high-ash granules. The equipment provides pyrolysis afterburning of gases from thermal decomposition of solid fuel, with air supply to the combustion zone, reducing ash deposition on the heat exchanger and walls, and efficiency when working with a pellet burner up to 92% along with more expensive in terms of thermal energy - electric boilers.

In addition, the 600 kW solid fuel boiler has a special grate design designed for the use of a pellet burner and increasing the efficiency and useful heat capacity of the equipment.

A 600 kW solid fuel boiler with a pellet burner can operate on pellets made by home-made methods. In this case, the cost of heating autonomous households is reduced to a minimum with a comfort level comparable to gas heating, and with fully automatic operation of the boiler. In the basic version, the boiler is designed to burn solid fuels such as firewood, coal, including DG brand.

Features of solid fuel boiler 600 kW FOCUS 

The proposed 600 kW solid fuel boiler, when operating on manual fuel loading, has a number of advantages that are not always available in similar models from other manufacturers:

• fan controlled air supply ecoMAX 260 MINI controller (included in delivery);
• the controller controls the pump of the indirect heating boiler (switching it off when the set temperature is reached), the heating circuit of the boiler, and the booster fan;
• There are 2 inputs for sensors, 1 input for the boiler protection thermostat;
• horizontal three-pass heat exchanger with increased heat exchange area;
• there is a door for manual loading of solid fuel. The second door is optional, for installation of the FOCUS pellet burner, ordered separately, but is installed on the existing fasteners in the boiler. Moreover, with a mirror arrangement, when the doors for manual loading and the door of the pellet burner open in different directions as needed. The opening sides are interchangeable. More efficient heating is guaranteed with automatic operation;
• the boiler is made of structural steel 09G2S from solid elements assembled according to the modular principle.
• the door is thermally insulated and does not undergo thermal deformation at maximum performance;
• security group is not included in the package (purchased separately).

The 600 kW solid fuel boiler is installed in a separate boiler room. If necessary, the manufacturer produces boilers with a lower capacity for FOCUS pellet burners.

Boiler complies with GOST32452-2013 (EN 15270:2007). A 12 month warranty is provided.

• pellet hopper
