Automatic solid fuel boiler 150 kW FOCUS With pellet burner (supplied as an option)

The new Ukrainian solid fuel boiler FOCUS 150 kW has all the necessary advantages to receive heat without gas in automatic mode. This model is intended for semi-industrial use in boiler houses of residential buildings, greenhouses and officesproviding heating of buildings and structures at a low cost.

Economic justification for pellet heating in a solid fuel boiler

Today, even with the use of more expensive wood pellets with an ash content of 1%, heating savings reach 50%. This is a significant difference in order to consider pellets as an alternative type of fuel and not save on heat by heating all the necessary rooms and open areas.

Considering that granulated fuel from sunflower husks with an ash content of 5-7% is sold in large volumes in Ukraine, the proposed FOCUS 150 kW solid fuel boiler with the ability to integrate a FOCUS pellet burner is designed to work with high-ash granules. The equipment provides pyrolysis afterburning of gases from the thermal decomposition of solid fuel, with air supply to the combustion zone, reducing ash deposition on the heat exchanger and walls, and efficiency when working with a pellet burner up to 92%, along with more expensive thermal energy - electric boilers.

In addition, the FOCUS 150 kW solid fuel boiler has a special grate structure designed to use a pellet burner and increase the efficiency of the equipment.

A 150 kW solid fuel boiler with a pellet burner can operate on homemade pellets. In this case, the cost of heating autonomous households is reduced to a minimum with a level of comfort comparable to gas heating and fully automatic operation of the boiler room. In the basic version, the boiler is designed for burning solid fuels such as wood, coal, including DG grade.

Features of the solid fuel boiler 150 kW FOCUS 

The proposed solid fuel boiler FOCUS 150 kW, when operating with manual fuel loading, has a number of distinctive qualities and advantages that have no analogues from other manufacturers:

• fan controlled air supply ecoMAX 260 MINI controller (included in delivery);
• the controller controls the pump of the indirect DHW heating boiler (switching it off when the set temperature is reached), the boiler heating circuit, and the blower fan.
• there are 2 inputs for sensors, 1 input for the boiler protection thermostat.
• horizontal three-pass heat exchanger with an area of 14 m2;
• there is a door for manual loading of solid fuel. The second door is optional, for installing the FOCUS pellet burner - ordered separately but installed on existing fixtures in the boiler, in the form of a mirror arrangement, when the manual loading doors and the pellet burner door open in different directions as needed. The opening sides are interchangeable. With automatic operation, more efficient heating is guaranteed;
• the boiler is made of structural steel 09g2s from solid elements assembled according to a modular principle;
• the door is thermally insulated and does not undergo thermal deformation at maximum performance;
• security group is not included in the package (purchased separately).

The FOCUS 150 kW solid fuel boiler is installed in a separate boiler room. If necessary, the manufacturer produces boilers of lower power for FOCUS pellet burners.

Boiler complies with GOST32452-2013 (EN 15270:2007). A 12 month warranty is provided.
