A bunker for storing pellets, automatic feeding and ignition, a control and monitoring system, internet control, a weather algorithm (the boiler itself will prepare the temperature of the coolant according to the weather outside the window), a built-in mixing unit based on an automatic 4-way valve - to adjust the temperature, whether it be batteries, air convector or underfloor heating systems, branch pipes for connecting a hot water supply system. By purchasing one product once, there is no need to take care of additional automation, mixers, settings and control. The service engineer performs the connection in one cycle and puts into operation the entire heating system that works for your facility (batteries, underfloor heating or air heating).

Pellet monoblock boiler TM "FOCUS" specially designed for the domestic segment and small business premises, small industries and workshops up to 200m2 (due to maximum power and insulated objects, the maximum effective heated area can be increased to 300m2), observing the principle of operation in automatic mode. Emphasis in the development and production of the boiler is made on the efficiency of heat removal precisely at the operation of the complex, which is based on a flare pellet burner working except for clean wood pellets and on ash (agro) pellets, having the function of self-cleaning of the grate and automatic ignition with flame control by its glow, automation literally sees the flame and maintains it on its own. This combination is the basis for the economic feasibility of purchasing and simple operation of equipment using commercially available fuel pellets.

• built-in hopper 130 liters (~70kg pellets), greatly simplifies the location and connection of the boiler in small rooms of private housing stock.
• the absence of condensation in the boiler is also guaranteed. This, in turn, on 30% increases the efficiency of the boiler compared to the configuration without “return” protection and on a cold system (when the system return is below 20-30 * C). As a result, there is no need to select mixing equipment with and synchronize it with the boiler automation.
• DHW threaded connections (requires optional DHW temperature sensor) where a heat exchanger or indirect boiler can be connected.

• Large ash pan designed for several days of continuous operation at medium and above average power.
• A built-in hopper with a top hinged lid on pneumatic shock absorbers - convenient loading, a capacity of 70 kg pellets for working at least a day at maximum power.

 Features of the operation of the complex based on pellet burner FOCUS

The built-in pellet burner TM "FOCUS", included in this set of equipment, will work both on clean wood pellets and on agricultural pellets with an ash content of up to 10%. In this case, fuel pellets from sunflower waste, corn, buckwheat, rice, furniture waste and straw can be used without restrictions.

• automatic ignition (installed Japanese ceramic candles for contactless air ignition of pellets);
• movable mono-grate. It is used for tedding burning fuel, followed by pushing the high-ash residue into the boiler ash pan;

• built-in temperature sensor of the burner auger (safety, automation will turn off the fuel supply with the transmission of an alarm signal);
• built-in infrared flame sensor for fixing and monitoring the level of flame radiation (safety, automation records the presence and absence of a flame, using appropriate behavioral scenarios);
• selected proportions of primary and secondary air for the correct organization of fuel combustion;
• highly reliable drive of the Swiss company "Belimo" with anti-jamming protection - moves the grate;
• The combustion chamber nozzle with air purge (for models 100-150kW) performs the functions of cooling the nozzle and simultaneous heating of the secondary air. Increases the efficiency of heat generation by the burner, due to the afterburning of gases at the exit from the nozzle;
• nozzle and grate are made of stainless steel.

All models of flare burners have a "break" in the fuel supply line, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment. Using the controller, you can easily customize the operation of the equipment.
