Automatic pellet monoblock boiler 75 kW FOCUS
Modern and economical pellet monoblock boiler 75 kW on the principle of "all in one". This is a single device, which contains everything necessary for organizing a full-fledged heating system of a private house, workshop, small establishment or office. The monoblock includes a bunker for storing pellets, automatic feeding and ignition, a control and monitoring system, control via the Internet, a weather algorithm (the boiler automatically adjusts the temperature of the coolant depending on the weather), a built-in mixing unit based on an automatic 4-way valve for adjusting the temperature in batteries, air convectors or a warm floor system, as well as pipes for connecting a hot water supply system.
By purchasing one such boiler, you get rid of the need for additional automation, mixers, settings and control. The service engineer will make the connection in one cycle and put the entire heating system into operation, be it radiators, heated floors or air heating.
The 75 kW FOCUS pellet monoblock boiler is specially designed for the household segment and small business premises, small production facilities and workshops with an area of up to 750 m² (in insulated facilities, the maximum effective heated area can be increased to 800 m²), providing automatic operation. When developing and manufacturing the boiler, the main attention was paid to the efficiency of heat removal, which is achieved thanks to a torch pellet burner that operates not only on clean wood pellets, but also on ash (agro) pellets. The 75 kW pellet monoblock boiler has a number of know-how related to the design of the heat exchanger and combustion chamber.
The burner is equipped with a self-cleaning grate and automatic ignition with flame control by its glow. The automation of the pellet monoblock boiler 75 kW literally "sees" the flame and maintains it in automatic mode. This makes the proposed equipment cost-effective and affordable, while ensuring ease of operation of the equipment when using commercially available fuel pellets.
Pellet monoblock boiler 75 kW: main advantages of FOCUS pellet boilers:
- Built-in internet monitoring and boiler control system: Saves all information about boiler operation and temperatures, facilitating setup and operation. Helps in resolving issues when contacting the service department, reducing the number of false calls to the technician. Remote start and stop, temperature control, and if room panels are installed, room temperature control.
- Touch, intuitive control panel: Friendly settings interface that makes working with the boiler easier.
- Convenient cleaning of the pellet burner: A movable grate independently discharges ash, an optical sensor monitors the presence of flame, automatic supply of pellets and smooth temperature and power control, which allows you to control fuel consumption.
- Developed convective part of the heat exchanger: Combined with a highly efficient horizontal heat exchanger.
- Hybrid heat exchanger: Combination of plate and tubular heat exchangers for efficient heat removal and work as an ash filter. Allows you to effectively remove infrared radiation from the burner torch.
- Large ash pit: The largest possible size, especially for working on high-ash fuel.
- Section of the structure for relieving primary thermal stress: The plate heat exchanger eliminates the point impact of the torch on the heat exchanger structure and precipitates heavy particles of the volatile component of the torch.
- Convenient heat exchanger maintenance: Wide access hatch, horizontal cleaning and ash chamber in front of the chimney.
- High capacity ash pan: Designed to work with industrial boilers. When purchasing a complete set of FOCUS equipment, the boiler can operate freely on high-ash pellets without the typical problems for foreign boilers designed for certified pellets.
- Built-in hopper 415 liters (~240 kg pellets): Simplifies the placement and connection of the boiler in small rooms of private housing.
- No condensation in the boiler: Increases the efficiency of the boiler by 30% compared to the configuration without return protection and on a cold system (when the system return is below 20-30°C). There is no need to select mixing equipment and synchronize it with the boiler automation.
- Threaded pipes for connecting DHW: An optional DHW temperature sensor is required, to which a heat exchanger or indirect heating boiler can be connected.

Pellet monoblock boiler 75 kW: features of the operation of the complex based on pellet FOCUS burners
The built-in pellet burner TM “FOCUS”, included in the equipment set, operates both on pure wood pellets and on agropellets with an ash content of up to 10%. It is possible to use fuel pellets from sunflower waste, corn, buckwheat, rice, furniture waste and straw without restrictions.
The FOCUS 75 pellet monoblock boiler is the optimal solution for households, shops and remote sites.
Pellet monoblock boiler 75 kW: advantages of the built-in burner
- Automatic ignition: Japanese ceramic candles were installed for contactless air ignition of pellets
- Movable mono-grid: Stirs up burning fuel and pushes high-ash residue into the boiler ash pan
- Fuel feed screw: Supplies fuel to the combustion chamber of the burner
- Built-in burner screw temperature sensor: Ensures safety by cutting off the fuel supply when overheated and transmitting an emergency signal
- Built-in infrared flame sensor: Captures and controls flame emission levels for safety and automation
- Primary and secondary air: Optimally selected proportions for proper fuel combustion
- Highly reliable drive from the Swiss company Belimo: With anti-jam protection, moves the grate plate
- Combustion chamber nozzle with air purging (for 100-150 kW models): Cools the nozzle and heats the secondary air, increasing efficiency due to afterburning of gases at the outlet
- Nozzle and grate: Made of stainless alloy
All models of flare burners have a “break” in the fuel supply line, ensuring safe operation of the equipment. The operation of the equipment is easily configured using the controller.
