Manual cleaning of the heat exchanger requires a complete shutdown of the boiler, which is inconvenient for both heat consumers and maintenance personnel. Using pneumatic cleaning, the heat exchanger is cleaned automatically, without requiring a boiler shutdown. The device is a universal cleaning system built into the front of the heat exchanger door. System uses compressed air to remove ash and deposits that accumulate inside the boiler, which increases its efficiency and productivity. The process includes periodic blowing high pressure air through the internal components of the boiler, displacing and removing accumulated residues. This helps maintain the heat exchange surfaces of the boiler and ensures optimal combustion.
