A complete heating complex with microprocessor control using a screw involves automatic supply of fuel pellets to the loading point of the flare device. A 30 m³ pellet bunker is the optimal solution for industrial boiler houses. Its volume is sufficient to heat the facility for 5-7 days without the presence of maintenance personnel or home owners.

Pellet bunker 30 m³ – pellet storage for industrial boiler houses

For automation solid fuel boilers install a pellet feeder. It consists of a feed auger and a pellet hopper. From the storage tank, raw materials for the boiler firing are supplied using a screw. Such a system is controlled using analog device scripts or is organized as a fully automatic software-controlled complex.

The pellets are ignited under climate control. The system controls the intensity of combustion of pellets, which are transported in the required volume to the boiler from a 30 m³ pellet hopper.
