Pellet storage for industrial boiler houses: pellet bunker 30 m³ -
To automate the operation of a solid fuel boiler, you will need a pellet burner with a pneumatic pellet feed screw and a pellet hopper. Granulated fuel for the boiler firebox is fed from the storage tank using a screw. Such a system is controlled using a pellet burner microcontroller, as a result, the entire combustion process is automated: turning the boiler on and off, combustion intensity in combination with pellet and air supply, operation of a four-way valve that ensures a constant temperature at the outlet of the heat carrier from the boiler circuit.
The pellet bunker acts as a pellet storage and storage place. The volume of 30 cubic meters is designed for the needs of industrial pellet boiler houses. In combination with a pellet burner and a solid fuel boiler equipped with self-cleaning means, you get an autonomous heating complex that allows you to heat rooms 5 times cheaper than using gas.
Pellet bunker and its features
Under the control of a microcontroller with weather regulator functions, pellet ignition is automatically ensured when the air temperature drops. The system controls the intensity of pellet combustion, which is transported in the required volume to the boiler from a 30 m³ pellet bunker.
Pellet hopper FOCUS 30 m³:
- specially designed for pellet burners FOCUS;
- it is possible to install a sensor to control the loading and supply of granulated fuel;
- can be installed outdoors near the boiler room without the need for repair work indoors.
Consult with the manufacturer's specialists on any questions you may have. The proposed boot module has a universal architecture and can be used with other types of devices, not only with pellet burners FOCUS.
