An important factor is the possibility of automating the filling of the supply hopper, reducing the share of manual labor.

Automation is designed to control the auger of the storage bunker.

• controls the minimum level of the boiler feed hopper

• Upon additional request, it is possible to install a lower feed hopper sensor
• work on capacitive level sensors with adjustable threshold (low sensitivity to dust), guaranteed control of the presence of pellets, there is no mechanical contact.

The controller operates using capacitive sensors for the level (presence) of pellets (granules). A fuel presence sensor is installed in the storage bunker at the lowest point, notifying the automation of the presence of fuel and the possibility of loading fuel into the supply bunker. When the fuel level in the supply hopper decreases, the level sensor signals the automation to turn on the transport device and resume the fuel supply. If there is no fuel, the transport device stops operating within 30 minutes.
