OSR-4 pellet burner flame sensor

Sensor for flame brightness, optical and near-infrared radiation. Execution is composite. A clamp on the body or in the structure of the pellet burner. The design provides for cooling of the sensor using a pellet burner device. When using the sensor in third-party devices, the temperature of the sensor should not exceed 70*C. Used on automation systems produced by PLUM, ecoMAX series models 360, 850, 860.

The sensor measures in a linear range, thanks to which the automation records not only the presence/absence of a flame, but also the level of flame brightness, providing information about the quality of fuel combustion and the need to clean the pellet burner/boiler or chimney.
