Devices for smart home and heating in our range
What devices are needed for smart home and heating? For these purposes, a set of sensors and functional relays controlled by a controller is required. Today we will look at an important part of a smart home, how to deploy smart heating? What is the reason for this need? Not only with comfort, the need to save money, but also with a banal opportunity. Many solid fuel boilers are equipped with a heating microcontroller. Let's start our short review with these devices, without which climate control will no longer be highly functional.
Controllers for solid fuel boilers

Modern heating equipment is distinguished by the presence of built-in microcontrollers that allow you to regulate the intensity of fuel combustion. This mainly applies to boilers with adjustable fuel supply, but there are also versions of solid fuel boilers that work with manually loaded boilers. We give you a description of the controllers that can be purchased in our store.
What does the controller provide? In general, it controls the operation of the boiler, but depending on the type, the control is different. For example, if a conventional controller for manually loaded boilers maintains the temperature of the boiler and the DHW circuit, being more concerned about safety and, to some extent, ease of use, then EcoMax for pellet boilers can regulate the microclimate. Moreover, basic settings are possible almost without additional equipment.
Devices for a smart home - organizing climate control from PLUM
In a broader sense, climate control affects both heating and air conditioning, and smart home systems also maintain humidity and oxygen levels, ventilating rooms in a timely manner. PLUM automation can be used to control heating from several boilers, heat pumps and cooling from air conditioners. The general principle is shown in the figure.
Devices for smart heating when connecting several boilers
Smart heating can be done even if you do not have a boiler with a microcontroller, or it regulates a small set of parameters by organizing blowing. This is solved using a heat accumulator, which accumulates hot coolant and distributes it along the circuits.
However, it is more convenient and efficient to buy a pellet boiler with program control. If you need to connect a backup boiler, you can connect an expansion board to the built-in microcontroller. It must also be used for individual heating circuits by connecting sensors.
Adjusting the heated floor temperature
To regulate the temperature of underfloor heating, PLUM has released a separate series of devices called EcoFloor.
Room temperature regulation
Indoors have their own set of smart home and heating devices.
