Pellet heating with climate control

Pellet Heating With Climate Control

Pellet heating with climate control for OSBB

OSBBs have the opportunity to offer home residents inexpensive pellet heating with climate control. This can be realized in a power range from 100 kW to 2.5 MW. In this case, FOCUS industrial type pellet boilers are connected in cascade and are switched on in the system as needed. Communal boiler houses can be deployed for any need, heating houses or entire areas. Moreover, this can be done by implementing the climate control function.

Boiler rooms for residential complexes

For several years now, residential complexes have been designed and built with maximum autonomy. This applies, first of all, to the use of your own boiler room for heating. In this case, we recommend implementing it on FOCUS pellet boilers and taking advantage of the built-in ability to deploy climate control.

Heating with pellets - why it is profitable

Heating using pellet pellets is advantageous in that it allows you to organize the life of an apartment building relatively independently of external suppliers. The pellets themselves, when sold in a boiler room using FOCUS boilers, can be purchased of any quality, even made handicraft. Since FOCUS boilers are designed to burn high-ash agropellets. At the same time, no regulatory organization will be able to fine you for emissions from solid fuel boilers; secondary gases are burned in these boilers, increasing their useful heat capacity.

Climate control function in pellet boiler houses

Climate control with temperature sensors in apartments and rooms is an additional functionality that will be highly appreciated by apartment owners. Such systems can be deployed centrally, that is, they can be connected to the boiler controller in the boiler room and regulate the heating circuits as a whole.

Another form is more common, when the supplier of coolant and hot water provides media with a given temperature, which is precisely what is maintained by the basic climate control on the boiler. Residents can regulate the temperature in the apartment using a separate PLUM module, not connected to the main system.

This is convenient when the apartment owner wants not only to set temperature indicators on the panels, but also to organize control via mobile phone. PLUM has not yet implemented control of individual heating segments of a heating system in a multi-user format.
