Pellet door frame LT-300

Manhole for modernization of LT-300 boilers designed for installation of a pellet door with a FOCUS 300 kW burner, which allows you to update and improve third-party heating systems. This frame is suitable for integrating pellet burners, ensuring their reliable fixation and ease of use. The door for installation is purchased separately.

Design features:

• Material: The frame is made of 6 mm thick structural steel, which ensures its strength and resistance to high loads.
• Depth: 300 mm, which makes it possible to install a pellet burner and a door with reliable fixation.
• Mounting holes: The frame is equipped with holes for fixing two locks, designed to tightly lock the door and burner.
• No loops: Door hinges are not included in the frame kit, but there are fasteners for their installation, both on the right and left sides. This design allows you to choose a convenient direction for opening the door.
• Symmetrical design: The frame can be installed with the door opening on the right or left side, which provides flexibility during installation.
• Color: Black, which gives the elements a strict and modern look.

• Opening the door with a burner: During maintenance of the boiler or pellet burner, the door opens together with the installed burner, providing convenient access to the equipment.
• Methods of fixation: The door frame can be fixed to the boiler by welding or used together with an existing door if the dimensions match.
