Most apartments are connected to central heating. The main disadvantage is considered to be late switching on and earlier switching off of heat. In other words, consumers really get cold in their apartments during the off-season. An alternative option is electric heating, which is offered in three options: electric boilers, thermal panels and infrared floors. They are usually used for additional heating of apartments. Almost all proposed options have the ability to connect sensors and thermostats, in other words, climate control of heating.

Additional heat in apartments is also required during winter cold, when there is not enough heat in the central heating pipes. In this case, the best option would be a backup heating device with a heat source in the central heating pipes in combination with heated floors. This solution is not always acceptable, as it requires the creation of an individual heating project. To regulate the temperature with such a system, you will need buy climate control.

 

 

 

Climate control in apartments

The simplest solution to organize the necessary climate control in an apartment is Wi-Fi-controlled touch thermostats. The circuit diagram is shown in the illustration. The main requirement for such systems is the installation of a thermostatic valve in modern radiator models. Cast iron batteries are not suitable for this purpose; bimetallic or aluminum ones are better.
