For Heating in Private Houses Pellet Boiler Monoblock

Pellet boiler FOCUS monoblock for heating, hot water supply and heated floors in private homes

Recently, TM FOCUS released a new pellet boiler FOCUS monoblock, specially designed for heating and water supply in private homes. Of course, the equipment configuration is designed in such a way as to satisfy the maximum number of user requests. At the same time, a modular architecture was chosen so that users have to minimally engage in designing heating and hot water supply systems.

Pellet Boiler Focus Monoblock

In other words, if you have a single-circuit heating system, as is often the case with gas heating, then to switch to autonomy, you just need to connect a monoblock pellet boiler to your heating circuit. But if you have heated floors and any other heating in your house, and you also want to connect hot water supply, then you can also use the FOCUS monoblock. For heating with complex wiring, you will need to connect it to the DHW inputs built into the proposed monoblock. Next, the boiler is connected to a heat accumulator and an indirect heating boiler, which will provide heat for underfloor heating, heating and hot water supply at the same time.

For heating via DHW in the FOCUS monoblock pellet boiler

Despite the fact that, at first glance, the FOCUS monoblock pellet boiler is not designed to serve complex circuits, this is not the case. For these purposes, the package includes a DHW circuit, to which an indirect heating boiler or heat accumulator can be connected. Thus, it was possible to combine several user requests for a modular connection of the boiler under the all-inclusive system. They include several types of heating served by one boiler, as well as servicing complex heating circuits via DHW in private houses with different types of heating.

DHW boiler circuit configuration:

  • separate outlets for DHW;
  • DHW sensor;
  • DHW pump regulation;
  • regulation of the DHW recirculation pump;
  • sensors are included in the delivery package.

The temperature in the system is also maintained using the functionality of a four-way valve, which mixes cold water with heated water. This helps maintain constant and safe heating parameters for heating in private homes, including preventing the transition of hot water into steam. In private homes, this option provides greater security.

Organization of complex heating circuits in private homes

The DHW heating boiler operates like a conventional solid fuel or gas boiler with adjustable coolant temperature. To switch to this mode, just select it from the list, the parameters will be set automatically. They can also be changed using the settings if you need to specify individual parameters. Before purchasing a boiler, detailed advice can be obtained to ensure maximum benefit in private homes.
