Liquid fuel heating boiler (definition)

Liquid fuel heating boiler — is heating equipment that runs on liquid fuel, such as diesel fuel, fuel oil or other petroleum fuel, designed to heat rooms and supply hot water.

Liquid fuel heating boiler: main features:

  • Fuel type: These boilers use liquid fuel which is stored in tanks and fed to the burner for combustion.
  • Principle of operation: burner The boiler sprays liquid fuel, mixes it with air and ignites it. The hot gases heat the heat exchanger, through which the coolant (water or another coolant) circulates.
  • Application: liquid fuel boilers are often used in places where there is no access to the gas network, for example, in country houses, at industrial facilities or in remote areas.
  • High power: boilers of this type provide significant thermal power, suitable for both domestic and industrial needs.
  • Installation requirements: for such boilers to operate, it is necessary to organize a fuel storage system (fuel tank) and a supply system, as well as a chimney for removing combustion products.

Liquid fuel boilers are characterized by autonomous operation, but require regular maintenance and fuel level monitoring.
