The new Ukrainian solid fuel boiler 1500 kW FOCUS offers an effective solution for automatic heat generation without using gas. The boiler provides economical heating of buildings, reducing operating costs and maintaining stable operation in automatic mode.
The model can be used as a pellet boiler when installing an integrated sectional door with an opening for a pellet burner, but is originally intended for industrial heat generation from solid fuel, such as coal or briquettes.
When purchasing a 1500 kW solid fuel boiler, you can switch to pellet fuel at any time with minimal investment. The recommended model is program-controlled and allows you to maintain the temperature parameters of the heating circuits.

Why is it profitable to use hybrid boilers (solid fuel and pellet)

Today, even when using more expensive wood pellets with an ash content of 1%, heating savings can reach 50%, which makes pellets an attractive alternative fuel. The 1500 kW FOCUS solid fuel boiler, with the ability to integrate a pellet burner, is ideal for working with high-ash pellets, such as sunflower husk pellets (ash content 5-7%). The equipment provides high efficiency up to 92% due to pyrolysis gas afterburning, which significantly reduces ash deposition.
This boiler can also run on home-made pellets, which minimizes heating costs with full automation and comfort similar to gas heating.
In the basic version, the 1500 kW solid fuel boiler is designed to burn such types of fuel as wood and coal, including DG brand.

The solid fuel boiler 1500 kW FOCUS, when operating on manual fuel loading, has the following key characteristics:

• Air supply by fans controlled by ecoMAX 260 MINI controller (included).
• The controller controls:
  • Indirect heating boiler pump for hot water supply (switches off when the set temperature is reached).
  • Heating circuit of the boiler.
  • Boost fan.
• There are 2 inputs for sensors and 1 input for the boiler protection thermostat.
• Horizontal three-pass heat exchanger with an area of 83 m².
• Door for manual loading of solid fuel and optional door for installation of FOCUS pellet burner (interchangeable, open in different directions).
• The boiler is made of solid elements of 09G2S structural steel.
• Thermally insulated doors resistant to thermal deformation.
• The security group is purchased separately.
• Installation of the boiler in a separate boiler room.
• Possibility of manufacturing lower power boilers for FOCUS pellet burners.

Solid fuel boiler 1500 kW complies with GOST32452-2013 (EN 15270:2007). A 12-month warranty is provided.
