FOCUS high-efficiency steam pellet steam generators are designed to produce steam and meet technological production needs.
To automate the control of the pellet burner of the steam generator, an innovative controller is used with a large number of possible functions, consistent with the needs of demanding users ecoMAX 850/860 TOUCH (included in the delivery of the pre-furnace - pellet burner FOCUS).
The microprocessor controller of the FOCUS pellet burner is designed to control the operation of fans, feed screws and burner cleaning, steam generator cleaning screw, walking grate cleaning drive, burner ignition and shutdown, burner power control with parallel control. The regulator stabilizes the steam pressure in the steam generator by means of a 2-stage regulation of the degree of combustion of low supervisory and high power with fan speed control and fuel dosage, pressurizes the steam generator and protects the steam generator from excessive steam pressure by stopping the burner when the maximum pressure values are exaggerated.
The pressure in the steam generator is controlled by an electro-contact pressure gauge or relay sensors for operating and emergency steam pressure in the steam generator. An automatic ash removal system will facilitate the operation of a high-ash fuel steam generator. The possibility of installing a pneumatic cleaning system for the heat exchanger pipes dramatically increases the inter-interval periods for servicing the steam generator.
The steam generator automation group monitors the level of feed water in the steam generator drum using a 4-contact group of electrodes with monitoring of operating and emergency levels. The steam generator automation includes the steam generator make-up pump, controls the burner automation to ensure safety and avoid emergency situations.
Additional automation units control the fan of the smoke exhauster according to the discharge sensor of the steam generator furnace, control the upper and lower blowing both in time and, if necessary, in terms of water conductivity. Safety input and output on dry contacts for connecting external devices allow integrating the automation of the steam generator into the overall automation system of an enterprise or a boiler room.
The principle of operation of pellet steam generators is based on the combustion of fuel or the removal of heat from a working pellet burner. The FOCUS pellet steam generator is controlled by an automatic ecoMAX 860 TOUCH control unit, which regulates the steam pressure from the steam generator by changing the dosage of fuel and the required air - changes the heat output produced by the burner. Flue gases from the combustion chamber, passing through the heat exchanger, leave their heat energy and are discharged into the chimney. Boiling water in the steam generator turns into a vapor state, undergoes separation and is supplied to the consumer (technological process).
FOCUS steam generators are distinguished by an enlarged heat exchanger, which accelerates the steam generator's output to operating modes, saves fuel, and reduces the release of thermal energy into the chimney and, accordingly, into the atmosphere. The increased area of the boiling mirror increases the material consumption of steam generators, but improves the quality of the steam.
The minimum set of basic automation with the possibility of expanding additional modules makes the system of pricing and configuration of steam generators flexible.

— steam generator material - structural steel 09G2S. The thickness of the walls of the heat exchange part is 10mm. The thickness of the outer shell of the water circuit of the steam generator is 10 mm;
— thermal insulation – basalt mineral wool 50 mm thick;
— steam generator casing – polished stainless steel AISI201;
— in the design of the steam generator, maximum connections are made flexible, to exclude welding work in loaded places;
— ATTENTION: it is possible to design the boiler for operation in hot water mode under pressure up to 10 bar inclusive.
