Four-way mixing valve DN32 with servo drive for adjusting the temperature of the coolant
The DN32 four-way mixing valve with servo drive is a device used in heating systems to regulate the temperature of the coolant. It controls the mixing of hot and return water from the boiler, ensuring the optimal supply temperature to the heating system. Thanks to four ports, the valve is able to effectively distribute liquid flows, mixing them in a given proportion.
The servo drive automatically adjusts the valve position depending on the controller signals, which allows maintaining a stable temperature in the system, responding to changes in external conditions and requests from thermostats. This improves the efficiency of the heating system, reduces equipment wear and saves energy resources.

Connection to drive:
- Disassemble the valve handle, screw the anti-rotation element onto the valve cover and install the valve adapter onto the rotor shaft.
- Assemble the actuator, actuator handle, actuator position indicator onto the valve using screws: turn the adapter indicator to a position between 4 and 6 (at an angle of 45°) and make sure that the actuator handle is in the specified position – at an angle of 45°.
