Pellet door DP-250 is designed to upgrade boilers and heat generators from third-party manufacturers with the installation of a FOCUS pellet burner with a capacity of 250 kW. This solution optimizes the operation of boilers, converting them to pellet fuel, which improves energy efficiency and reduces operating costs. The frame is purchased separately.

Design features:

• Thermal insulation: The pellet door DP-250 is equipped with two layers of fireproof mat, which provides a high degree of thermal insulation, reducing heat loss to a minimum and increasing the efficiency of the system.
• Power frame: The door design includes a reinforced frame located outside the thermal stress zone, which increases its reliability and resistance to high temperatures.
• Replaceable heat shield: For improved thermal insulation and ease of use, the door is equipped with a replaceable thermal screen, which can be replaced if necessary.
• Without loops: The door is not equipped with hinges, but is designed for sliding installation on a pellet burner, which makes it easier to maintain.
• Mounting holes: The design includes holes for attaching two locks, ensuring secure fixation of the door and burner.
• Castles: Two locks securely fix the door, ensuring tightness and safety of operation.
• Freedom of installation: Symmetrical arrangement of mounting holes for hinges and locks on the right and left sides of the frame allows you to choose a convenient side for opening the door.
• Ceramic fiber sealant: The door is equipped with a ceramic fiber seal that can withstand high temperatures, ensuring a tight fit and preventing heat leakage.
• Color: Black, giving the door a modern and strict look.
