The microprocessor boiler temperature controller is designed to control the operation of the boiler with a fan and a pellet burner installed on the boiler. The controller stabilizes the boiler temperature by smoothly adjusting the fan speed, carries out pressurization into the boiler and protects the heating system from boiling. The controller also controls the operation of the heating system circulation pump. It controls the combustion process in boilers with pellet burners, as well as in an emergency with manual loading. Standardly controls the operation of heating circuits and a DHW boiler, a mixing circuit, as well as an additional external auger, a buffer tank (or heat exchanger) and a DHW recirculation pump. Initially, the boiler is designed as a specialized solution for automatic fuel supply by a torch-type pellet burner, but the boiler has a second door and an automatic mode for quick transition to manual loading in case of unforeseen (emergency) situations. Manual loading should be considered as a backup type of operation, due to the lack of economic and logical justification. The boiler operating principle is based on fuel combustion or heat removal from an operating pellet burner. In case of manual loading, fuel combustion is accompanied by heat release, due to which the fuel in the boiler is dried and at the same time the air entering the combustion zone is heated. When pyrolysis gas released during combustion of fuel is mixed with air at high temperature, combustion occurs, accompanied by the release of heat, which in turn is directed to heating the water jacket and the heat exchanger of the boiler, and when using a pellet burner, direct heat is released to heat the water jacket. When loading the boiler manually, power is regulated by changing the volume of air supplied to the fuel loading chamber. The boiler is controlled by an automatic ecoMAX 860 TOUCH control unit, which monitors the temperature of the coolant at the outlet of the boiler and accordingly regulates the supply of the required amount of air.
