Pellet boiler room for central heating in apartments: what and how<\/strong><\/h1>\n

In previous publications, we discussed the deployment of climate control in central heating systems in apartments. Respectively, with backup boiler<\/strong><\/a> and without backup boiler<\/strong><\/a>. Today the topic of discussion will concern the deployment of a small pellet boiler room with climate control and a centralized connection of the programmer for heating the house. This will be significantly more profitable for the residents of the house, and will reduce heating costs significantly, and also make it autonomous. This is a real replacement for central heating in apartments.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have a fairly large boiler room, then you can talk not only about heating, but also about generating electricity using pellet steam generators<\/strong><\/a>. This will make your apartment building self-sufficient. Auto-cleaning systems for boilers and microcontrollers make pellet boiler houses maintenance-free. And again, back to the issue of automation, climate control can be installed in each apartment without the need to purchase a weather regulator. This is real competition for central heating in apartments.<\/span><\/p>\n

A pellet boiler house based on FOCUS boilers can be installed to serve a house or even one entrance in the basement or in the boiler room. Industrial and semi-industrial class boilers are connected in cascade to the heating system. Control is provided by the PLUM controller, which simultaneously performs the functions of a weather controller. It connects to automatic climate control and monitors the operation of multiple heating circuits. Thus, on the basis of a boiler controller, it is possible to carry out climate control for central heating in apartments with minimal costs for residents.<\/span><\/p>\n

What advantages are expected when installing a pellet boiler instead of central heating in apartments:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • climate control of residents' premises and apartments at almost no additional cost.<\/span><\/li>\n

    You can select 300 kW boilers and combine them in a cascade with a total power of up to 2.5 kW. Some of the proposed models are equipped with integrated pneumatic cleaning, reducing working time for boiler maintenance. In fact, you only have to monitor the purchase of pellets and replenish the spacious bunker in a timely manner.
