Climate control, if you have central heating in your apartment, but want comfort<\/strong><\/h1>\n

If you have central heating installed in your apartment, you can deploy climate control and, significantly increasing the level of comfort, save up to 70% of heat.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This applies to apartments where heat from central networks is supplied in excess, but it also happens the other way around, when the apartments are quite cold. An apartment heat meter will help control heating volumes, but not increase the temperature in the room. For these purposes, we recommend an electrode boiler that is inexpensive to install and operate, which will be connected as a backup heat source. This will be discussed in the next publication. Now we will talk about a fundamental decision on how to organize climate control if the apartment has central heating.<\/span><\/p>\n

Is it possible to have climate control if there is central heating in the apartments?<\/span><\/h2>\n

In combination with a heat meter<\/strong><\/a> you can install weather regulator<\/strong><\/a>. It will adjust the heating circuit depending on your needs. Many will say that for this, a heat meter with a built-in temperature sensor that limits the supply of coolant and adjustable thermostats on batteries are sufficient (see illustration).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Some thermostats also support touch mode and are configured from a mobile device using a WI-FI repeater, and ALEXA voice control is also available. However, their functions are not scalable to control heating circuits. A practically smart home with thermostats is a truncated solution for increasing comfort in apartments, again with sufficient heat in the central heating radiators. Thermostats are installed on new types of radiators and are not effective in cast iron models due to the complexity of installation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The weather controller can also monitor the temperature in the room if you have a backup electric boiler connected for heating underfloor heating and additional heating of the radiator circuit. <\/span>Installing a heat meter would also be the right idea; in combination with climate control based on a weather controller, you can adjust the room temperature, raise or lower it. Thus, select the appropriate level of municipal heat consumption and, if necessary, automatically connect the backup boiler using the control system.<\/span><\/p>\n
