Many consumers know that FOCUS pellet boilers are equipped with a boiler microcontroller that functions as a weather controller. This feature makes it possible to set up climate control and control heating via your phone. We will tell you how to implement this by purchasing one of the FOCUS boiler models in our publication today. Controlling a climate-controlled boiler via telephone is available through different systems, but our company traditionally recommends PLUM automation, with which we have been working for many years.<\/span><\/p>\n

How does it work to control a boiler with climate control via phone?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Climate control is a control add-on over the heating system circuits, which operates using a separate interface. Scaling the climate control system using wired and wireless devices is shown in the illustration.<\/span><\/p>\n

How it works?<\/span><\/h2>\n

The interface is controlled by a heating control system or, simply put, by a microcontroller, a microprocessor device with memory. It is this hardware module that controls sensors, thermostats and functional elements such as pumps and valves. These devices are already installed in FOCUS pellet boilers and regulate the pellet burner, providing for climate control.<\/span><\/p>\n

Microcontrollers (EcoMax360 V1<\/a>, EcoMax 860P<\/a>) support wireless communication, you can connect to them via a wired or wireless interface internet module<\/a>, which will provide control of the climate-controlled boiler via the phone using a mobile application. In other words, you need to deploy a climate control system and connect an Internet module for access via smartphone. By purchasing any FOCUS pellet boiler, you save on the purchase of a heating control system, since it is already installed on this pellet equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n
