Proto jsme se rozhodli principy automatizace syst\u00e9m\u016f vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed a oh\u0159evu vody p\u0159en\u00e9st pod ur\u010dit\u00e9ho spole\u010dn\u00e9ho jmenovatele. Odpov\u011bdn\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee automatizace pro topn\u00fd syst\u00e9m je pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 a m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt instalov\u00e1na pouze pro in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, u\u017eivatel kotle nemus\u00ed ani tu\u0161it, \u017ee m\u00e1 automatick\u00fd topn\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Vlastn\u00ed funkce jsou tradi\u010dn\u011b spojeny s <a href=\"\/cs\/kontroller-i-datchiki-dlya-sistemy-otopleniya-s-klimat-kontrolem\/\">klimatizace<\/a> v topn\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu. Ale tento syst\u00e9m m\u016f\u017ee fungovat dob\u0159e i bez automatiky p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho oh\u0159evu.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/firebox.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/4h-hodovoj.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/firebox.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/4h-hodovoj.jpg\" alt=\"- -\" width=\"1122\" height=\"815\" title=\"- -\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Sch\u00e9ma se \u010dty\u0159cestn\u00fdm ventilem, kter\u00fd \u0159\u00edd\u00ed okruh \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edho topen\u00ed<\/b><sup><b>1<\/b><\/sup>: 1 - kotel, 2 - ho\u0159\u00e1k, 3 - regul\u00e1tor, 4 - \u010didlo teploty kotle, 5 - \u010didlo teploty spalin (pouze pro informaci), 6 - pohon \u010dty\u0159cestn\u00e9ho ventilu, 7 - \u010derpadlo sm\u011b\u0161ovac\u00edho okruhu, 8 - teplota sm\u011b\u0161ovac\u00edho okruhu \u010didlo, 9 - teplovodn\u00ed bojler, 10 - \u010derpadlo tepl\u00e9 vody, 11 - \u010didlo p\u0159\u00edvodu tepl\u00e9 vody, 12 - \u010didlo teploty po\u010das\u00ed, 13 - pokojov\u00fd panel nebo standardn\u00ed pokojov\u00fd termostat, 14 - \u010didlo teploty zp\u00e1te\u010dky (voliteln\u00e9 pro provoz syst\u00e9mu).<\/p>\n<h2>Detailn\u011b odhalujeme koncept automatizace vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>T\u011bmito ot\u00e1zkami jsme se ji\u017e zab\u00fdvali v na\u0161ich publikac\u00edch a uvedli p\u0159\u00edklady. <a href=\"\/cs\/nedorogaya-armatura-dlya-kotelnyh\/\"><strong>p\u00e1skov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"\/cs\/smesitelnye-uzly-i-drugaya-armatura-otopleniya\/\"><strong>posilovac\u00ed skupiny<\/strong><\/a>, d\u00edky kter\u00e9mu je mo\u017en\u00e9 realizovat termoregulaci v m\u00edstnostech. V\u0161echny tyto procesy lze automatizovat, ale v nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je lze konfigurovat ru\u010dn\u011b. Sou\u010dasn\u011b je automatizace pro topn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 a prakticky povinn\u00e1, proto\u017ee umo\u017e\u0148uje zajistit fyzick\u00e9 parametry pou\u017eit\u00ed hork\u00e9 vody a dod\u00e1vky chladic\u00ed kapaliny do topn\u00e9ho okruhu.<\/p>\n<p>Zva\u017eme tuto problematiku na p\u0159\u00edkladu pou\u017eit\u00ed \u010dty\u0159cestn\u00e9ho ventilu v syst\u00e9mu s kotlem na tuh\u00e1 paliva. Tento typ ventilu, dvoucestn\u00fd i t\u0159\u00edcestn\u00fd, je \u0159\u00edzen mikrokontrol\u00e9rem a pat\u0159\u00ed mezi armatury automatizace vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. Pouze jeho hlavn\u00ed funkc\u00ed v navrhovan\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho provozu kotle. Nav\u00edc je bezpe\u010dn\u00fd nejen pro u\u017eivatele, ale i pro samotn\u00fd gener\u00e1tor kotle.<\/p>\n<h2>Automatizace kotlov\u00e9ho okruhu pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch provozn\u00edch podm\u00ednek<\/h2>\n<p>Ot\u00e1zkou mo\u017enost\u00ed pro potrub\u00ed kotlov\u00e9ho okruhu jsme se zab\u00fdvali v publikaci o <a href=\"\/cs\/nedorogaya-armatura-dlya-kotelnyh\/\">levn\u00e9 armatury<\/a> pro topn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my. Pro \u010dten\u00e1\u0159e, kter\u00fd se teprve seznamuje s topn\u00fdmi syst\u00e9my, poznamen\u00e1v\u00e1me. Aby topn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my m\u011bly kotel a topn\u00fd okruh. Zd\u016frazn\u011bn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my mohou ovlivnit ob\u011b potrub\u00ed pro pohyb chladic\u00ed kapaliny, ale konkr\u00e9tn\u011bji se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed okruhu kotle. Jedn\u00e1 se o uzav\u0159en\u00fd topn\u00fd okruh, kde jsou p\u0159ipojeny koteln\u00ed gener\u00e1tory a zdroje tepla.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te <a href=\"\/cs\/kak-vyrovnyat-temperaturu-v-radiatorah\/\">p\u0159ednastaviteln\u00e9 ventily<\/a> a vyva\u017eovac\u00edch ventil\u016f umo\u017e\u0148uje analogick\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem upravovat parametry okruhu, pak jsou ur\u010deny dvou-, t\u0159\u00ed- a \u010dty\u0159cestn\u00e9 ventily pro automatizaci provozu topn\u00fdch a kotlov\u00fdch okruh\u016f. Proces je automatizov\u00e1n pomoc\u00ed extern\u00edho nebo vestav\u011bn\u00e9ho program\u00e1toru v gener\u00e1toru kotle nebo mikrokontrol\u00e9ru topen\u00ed. Funk\u010dnost \u010dty\u0159cestn\u00fdch ventil\u016f je velmi r\u016fznorod\u00e1 a z\u00e1vis\u00ed na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm modelu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V otopn\u00fdch soustav\u00e1ch s kotlem na tuh\u00e1 paliva se k udr\u017een\u00ed teploty vstupn\u00edho potrub\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u010dty\u0159cestn\u00e9 ventily. Jsou alternativou k termosm\u011b\u0161ovac\u00edmu 3cestn\u00e9mu ventilu. Jinak u velk\u00fdch kapek je pozorov\u00e1na kondenzace. Okruh v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku tepla kotle je vysoce zkorodovan\u00fd, pokud je vyroben z oceli. Litinov\u00e9 obrysy jsou popraskan\u00e9. Stejn\u00fd efekt je typick\u00fd pro sva\u0159ovan\u00e9 d\u00edly, v m\u00edst\u011b sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed vznikaj\u00ed trhliny.
