Tento p\u0159\u00edstup \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edho topen\u00ed byl v minulosti pova\u017eov\u00e1n za nejekonomi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale dnes je \u00fa\u010dinnost tak\u00e9 t\u011b\u017eko zpochybniteln\u00e1. Rozhodli jsme se zv\u00e1\u017eit princip fungov\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 parn\u00ed kotelny, jej\u00ed tepeln\u00e9 sch\u00e9ma a specifika pr\u00e1ce. Sch\u00e9ma p\u0159ipojen\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 kotelny pom\u016f\u017ee in\u017een\u00fdr\u016fm topn\u00fdch technik\u016f v\u00fdroby, kte\u0159\u00ed nemaj\u00ed pracovn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti, kter\u00e9 byly v sov\u011btsk\u00fdch dob\u00e1ch z\u00e1sadn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Je t\u0159eba \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee spot\u0159ebi\u010de p\u00e1ry pro sv\u00e9 pot\u0159eby odeb\u00edraj\u00ed mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed tepla k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed a dod\u00e1vky tepl\u00e9 vody. Obvykle se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 uzav\u0159en\u00fd syst\u00e9m, ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd v na\u0161ich publikac\u00edch. Princip jeho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch postupech.<\/p>\n<h3>Jak se oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 topn\u00e1 voda<\/h3>\n<p>\u010cerpadlo surov\u00e9 vody dod\u00e1v\u00e1 vodu do chladi\u010de proplachovac\u00ed vody, kde se oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 vyrovn\u00e1vac\u00edm teplem \u010distic\u00ed vody. V dal\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1zi se oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na 20\u201330 \u00b0 C v oh\u0159\u00edva\u010di surov\u00e9 vody typu p\u00e1ra-voda. Pot\u00e9 je odesl\u00e1n do chemick\u00e9 \u00fapravy vody.<\/p>\n<p>Hotov\u00e1 chemicky \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 voda vstupuje do odvzdu\u0161n\u011bn\u00e9ho vodn\u00edho chladi\u010de, kde se oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na teplotu nastavenou v syst\u00e9mu. Pot\u00e9 se voda oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 v oh\u0159\u00edva\u010di p\u00e1rou. P\u0159ed vstupem do odvzdu\u0161\u0148ova\u010de proch\u00e1z\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st vody parn\u00edm chladi\u010dem odvzdu\u0161\u0148ova\u010de.<\/p>\n<h3>Oh\u0159ev hotov\u00e9 topn\u00e9 vody<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edprava nosi\u010de tepla nebo tepl\u00e9 vody ke spot\u0159eb\u011b v m\u00edstn\u00edch koteln\u00e1ch se prov\u00e1d\u00ed postupn\u011b ve dvou s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00fdch oh\u0159\u00edva\u010d\u00edch s p\u00e1rou. V\u00fdsledn\u00fd kondenz\u00e1t je posl\u00e1n do hlavy odvzdu\u0161\u0148ova\u010de. Shroma\u017e\u010fuje tak\u00e9 kapalinu z extern\u00edch spot\u0159ebi\u010d\u016f p\u00e1ry, pokud existuj\u00ed. Stejn\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edky tepla jsou k dispozici v centr\u00e1ln\u00ed koteln\u011b. Jsou pops\u00e1ny v tomto popisu.<\/p>\n<h3>Topn\u00e1 voda v parn\u00ed koteln\u011b<\/h3>\n<p>Oh\u0159ev vody v odvzdu\u0161\u0148ova\u010di se prov\u00e1d\u00ed p\u00e1rou z kotl\u016f a p\u00e1rou z kontinu\u00e1ln\u00edho odkalova\u010de. Proplachovac\u00ed voda se po ochlazen\u00ed b\u011bhem kontinu\u00e1ln\u00edho \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vypou\u0161t\u00ed do probubl\u00e1va\u010de (\u010distic\u00ed jamka).<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ipraven\u00e1 voda po odvzdu\u0161\u0148ova\u010di o teplot\u011b 104 \u00b0 C vstupuje do parn\u00edch kotl\u016f. Dopl\u0148ovac\u00ed voda p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed tak\u00e9 za odvzdu\u0161\u0148ova\u010dem, ale je p\u0159edchlazena chladi\u010dem dopl\u0148ovac\u00ed vody na 70 \u00b0 C. To se prov\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159ed p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00edm do posilovac\u00edho \u010derpadla.<\/p>\n<p>Pou\u017eit\u00ed odvzdu\u0161\u0148ova\u010de p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b vody je ekonomicky opodstatn\u011bn\u00e9, ale je mo\u017en\u00e9 pouze v uzav\u0159en\u00fdch syst\u00e9mech z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed teplem, kde je spot\u0159eba hmoty dopl\u0148ovac\u00ed vody n\u00edzk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>V otev\u0159en\u00fdch syst\u00e9mech s vysok\u00fdm pr\u016ftokem dopl\u0148ovac\u00ed vody jsou instalov\u00e1ny dva odvzdu\u0161\u0148ova\u010de. Jeden p\u0159ipravuje nap\u00e1jec\u00ed vodu, druh\u00fd p\u0159ipravuje dopl\u0148ovac\u00ed vodu.
